The starting point

Avant Rent A Car had a good offline business but a digital presence that didn’t do it justice: a slow website, abandoned social channels and no content strategy. Bookings depended almost entirely on word of mouth and platforms with high commissions.

The diagnosis

What we did

We redesigned the identity and built a fast website geared towards direct booking. We activated the Google profile, a consistent editorial calendar and a recognisable visual line. The goal: that the customer book directly, with no commissions in between.

The key change

It wasn’t a single action, but consistency: posting every week, answering every review and keeping the website always up to date for months.
